- Responsibilities:
- Support Cultural changes across Dell Digital
- Support Balanced team methodology within the Labs day to day operations (for an assigned region)
- Manage the cultural transformation and communicate with appropriate leadership as needed
- Ensure tools that enable culture are being fulfilled and supporting our Dev Ops group
- Work with teams to integrate and enrich development, product design, product management
- Ensure quality and best practices across all products and methodologies including Dev Ops tool stack and process recommendations
- Set up Dell Pivotal Labs teams so that they can operate with a high degree of autonomy and self-organization
- Manage and report on labs metrics on as needed and regular cadence (dashboard format)
- Check in on project team morale
- Keep relevant client and Dell Pivotal stakeholders and leadership updated on the current status
- Ability to deliver tours to both internal and external EBC clients as needed
- Manage to the staff of team members through PPIs and scoping sessions on programs in collaboration with Dell
- Pivotal Labs team and relevant stakeholders
- Represent Dell Pivotal Labs in scoping sessions and other meetings as needed
- Stay updated on overall Dell Pivotal Labs expansion project health
