  • BOB Manager, Leader & Executives Eligibility Criteria:
  • Education Qualification, Age limit & Experience: 
  • Area Sales Manager: Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution. Preference will be given to candidates having MBA or equivalent degree from reputed Colleges.
  • Age limit: 30 to 40 Years
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience as a Sales Manager with leading Public / Private / Foreign Companies / Brooking / NBFCs / FMCG companies. The candidate should have adequate experience in building and managing a team of Sales person and have the ability to conduct business relationships with customers.
  • Team Leader: Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution. 
  • Age limit: 25 to 40 Years
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales of Retail Financial products out of which minimum 2 years experience as a Team Lead.
  • Sales Executives - Graduates: Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution / Engineering Diploma holders.
  • Age limit: 21 to 35 Years
  • Experience:  Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience Sales of Retail Financial products. Sales 
  • Executives – Under Graduates: Candidates who have passed at least First year of Degree college but have not yet completed their Graduation.
  • Age limit: 21 to 30 Years 
  • Experience: Minimum 2 year of relevant work experience Sales of Retail Financial products.
  • Sales Executives – Fresher's: Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution.
  • Age limit: 21 to 25 Years
  • Experience: Candidates should have a knack for doing a Sales Job.
  • Manager/ Assistant Manager - Processing: Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution.
  • Age limit: 30 to 40 Years
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Working in the HR Operations Department OR Working in the MIS Department OR o Working in the Finance Department.
  • Selection Process:
  • Selection will be based on short listing and/or combination of written aptitude test and one or more rounds of Personal Interview and / or Group Discussion.
