- Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification
- Bachelor / B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / Computer / Information Technology / Communications with first class from reputed institute / university and MBA with first class from reputed institute / university; or on deputation from Central PSU.
- Minimum 13 years of experience in managing Mega Telecom/IT Projects OR Indian Telecom Services (ITS) officers with 13 years of experience (on deputation)
- Should have expertise in:
- Designing, implementing Mega telecom projects covering laying of Optic fibre across the geographies (State wide or Country wide telecom infrastructure projects)
- Should be well versed with working on Active and passive components of Telecom networks like Router & Switches, GPON, DWDM, SDH, GEPON, Active Passive Devices, NMS etc.
- Good knowledge of Day to day working culture of telecom sector w.r.t to managing, leasing and provisioning of optic networks
- Should have leadership and managerial skills, Good knowledge of industry-specific terminology, rules and regulations
